I'll see if i can get a price for a vaillant boiler, and if not, go with the baxi. having up to 10 years warranty seems like it could be a good thing.
Also, getting rid of the back boiler, and associated tanks will give us a fair chunk more storage space in the house, something that's sorely lacking.
