boiler and radiator packages

Hi guys, observer of these forums for a few years now... but this is a first time post.

anyway...

does any one know where i can get a cheap (and good) boiler and radiator package.
looking for a 28kW boiler (or thereabouts) with 8 radiators... totally about 40000BTU here or there.

That does not exist.
You can get good boilers, you can get cheap boilers, you will have to make up your mind what you want. It's a bit like buying a new car really; you can get a Lexus, or a Skoda, but you can't get a new Lexus for the price of a Skoda.
