Boiler bracket mounted on timber

Hi,
I'm looking for a little advice regarding the above! I was viewing a property with has a valiant system boiler. Behind the bottom half of the boiler is tiling, but there is a chipboard panel above, it's probably covering the previous old flue hole. I'm sure the boiler should be mounted on non-combustible material, I intend to rent out this property so I would require a CP11. Would this be a problem? ntcs, at risk etc,

The problem is not a problem. Classed as wgaf.

Vaillants "may be mounted on a combustible wall, subject to the requirements of the Local Authorities and Building Regulations"

Btw it is a CP12 you would need :wink:
