Boiler cuts out

Cut out again last night. I have noticed that the expansion vessel flexible hose is badly kinked top and bottom - anyone think this is problem? When expansion vessel is raised back to it position is when it kinks.
I have tried to realign it but it memorises its old kink position!

I might just try releasing slightly the union fitting nut at each each and twist hose to a new position to see if that helps.

Ah, it didn't help, it still likes its kinked position!

I have now just replaced the flexible hose to the expansion vessel. No kinks!
When letting air out to reduce pressure in the expansion vessel there was indeed some water coming out. Also a lot of water came out of the expansion vessel when I removed the flexible hose from it. I remember someone commenting that water should not come out?
I will now re-pressurise and try it. :)
