Worcester Bosch Highflow400 - no hot water please help!

Hi all

Our worcester bosch highflow 400 has stopped working. We topped up the pressure to the right level but the restart buttons under the top cover did not seem to work. All the lights are on, the boiler is running but no hot water or heating at all.

Please could anyone help on this?

I cannot guess at whats wrong from the very basic info you have given.

Boilers dont usually have buttons to just push to repair faults. Even those on my Windows Vista dont work !

They are not everyone's preferred boiler model!

I spent rather longer than hoped for this evening just to change a simple part on a slightly earlier model. At least I had restored heating and hot water on my previous visit last Monday.

He may get us to change it during the summer if he still has a job!
