I have a Worcester Bosch Highflow 400 Boiler. On Saturday night my partner topped up the boiler from 0.5 to 1 & since we have had no heating but still have hot water. When I turn the thermostat on it is not calling for the heating - well the demand light doesn't come on. Can anyone advise please before I commit murder!

(The pump is still running perfectly fine)

Have you followed the fault finding in the manual ? it lists three lights on/off, slow flash, fast flash, alternate flash and a chart showing likely fault.

Google Worcester Bosch Highflow 400 installation instructions if you don't have them.

Thank You for your prompt reply it's very much appreciated.

I looked up the manual on Sunday but the boiler does not look like any of the diagrams it shows. I get that boilers change & faults are similar but it's states the fault with no green light is the control board would that stop the heating - the green demnd light comes on for 30 seconds but goes off & I don't see that within the faults in the manual.

Finally found the right manual but it doesn't give details of fault finding

Can you post a link to said manual, so that we can be sure we're all talking about the same boiler?

What happens if you add more pressure, does the gauge move? If not there could be a small blockage. I take it the Drayton didn’t make it work?

Pressure rises if we add more. When I was clearing the air from the radiator you could feel the hot water coming up through the pipes at the bottom of the radiator.

The Drayton didn’t do anything although I have seen online there has been difficulties wiring it. There is a black wire & a red wire.
