boiler fault

hello ther i have a problem with my boiler it just runs all the time & will not switch off i thort it may be wall stat but i have removed wires it still stays on the only way it will go off if i switch it off at wall switch

OK GLOW WORM flexicom CONDENSING 30CX
ALSO ther is no fault on window

Had similar problem with a recent install called glowy out as under warrenty turned out to be pcb and interface pcb fault no probs reported by customer since.
