Boiler Gurgling/Banging (shower use only)

I have a Sabre Combi Boiler (Vokera Rebrand) which is gurgling and banging but only when I use the hot water in my shower, it seems completely functional aside from the noises - which are quite unnerving.

If I however turn on my central heating for 5 minutes and THEN run the shower this does not occur.

Running any hot water through taps does not create the same symptom and everything runs fine with no noises.

If anyone is able to give their thoughts on why this could theoretically be happening or anything that i could try I would appreciate it very much!

Restricted plate heat exchanger most probably, could be cleaned and flushed.
