Boiler issues- hot water trouble and toilet not filling up

Hi all,

I am having trouble in my flat with the pressure of the hot water and the water in my toilet isnt filling up. Its only been recently that its occured and the flat is only about 5 years old.

The hot water pressure is poor around the whole flat, the water is hot however, but trickles out. The toilet used to fill up with water, tho it was very slowly, no it doesnt at all!

I have attached a picture of the boiler set up if that helps
