Hi,
I have bled my radiators today then switched my water off at the main (didn't turn my boiler off before doing so) The water is back on but my boiler won't work - the light for both water and radiators is flashing. I have tried running the taps, turning the boiler off but nothing is working! Help it's really cold :(
Also tried to up the pressure to the boiler but it's not filling up with water!

Why on earth did you turn off the water main?? :?

It sounds like the filling loop is not refilling your heating system due to the water main still being off

try to return all of the vaves you touched back to the position they were in before you fiddled!

If you give make & model of boiler more help on how to re-fill may be forthcoming!

My bathroom tap was leaking and I wanted to replace the washer! Wish I hadn't bothered now!!

All the taps are working so water is getting through

Thanks for your reply

All taps and float valves are required under the water regs to be fitted with isolating valves so that washers can easily be changed.

I had guessed that it was probably a 24cdi

Tony
