boiler lockout

Hi

Having problems with boiler in my new house, Glow worm compact (installed 2001). The boiler lockout light keeps coming on resulting in no hot water/central heating. The pressure doesn't seem to be dropping below 0.7. Any ideas?

Ignition failure?
Flame detection?
Has the boiler had a service? If not that might be a good place to start.
