Boiler losing pressure

The boiler was empty again this morning. It seems if I bleed the rads it empties much quicker than if I leave them. I tried the match on the towel rail and it did go out with a pop. So, what do I need to do? Still get the leak sealer?

Thanks

Hi, if its emptying out why would it need a flush? It makes lots of noise when it is short of water. Sounds like air to me.

if you have a leak on a sealed system the pressure will drop as everyone knows, but that doesnt mean that air is sucked into a system that is above atmospheric pressure.thats why i think its gassing in the system.i fitted a system many years ago where each week the pressure was down and the kitchen rad was full of gas.in the end we fitted a new rad, problem solved.

Purchased Fernox Leak Sealer and put it into the system via the filling tube. Topped up the system to 1.5bar. When I got up this morning the system was empty.

Looks like I need some professional help. Can anybody recommend someone near Colchester, Essex or do i just need a heating specialist.

Thanks
