Boiler makes noise

after the heating has been on for about 30-40 minutes the pump makes a funny sound which eventually wears out.... i dunno what it is , its like a vibrating/whirring sound, not very loud... ive recently installed some new pipework for wall mounted rad and the pipework looks sound, there are no leaks..?

is this air in the system? - ive bled the rads
