Hi all,

Looking for some advice please. Such as approx. cost (Northampton area), time to take, cost and feasibility/issues that could be raised.

We wish to move our boiler (5 yrs old) from its current location into the loft space above it and on to another outer wall (approx. 15ft) The loft space is clear, boarded and has a wooden retractable loft ladder (No rail around the loft hatch, but can be sorted)

Picture 1 shows from the outside where the boiler currently is and where we would like it to move to. It also shows where the Gas pipe comes in and enters the property.

If it makes a difference, immediately to the left of the window is a shower room with toilet. We would like the condensation pipe to run down the wall and join the shower waste pipe (white) if possible. To the front of the Annex is just a room and within that room is the consumer board.

Picture 2 shows the top of the boiler as it is now. Easy access to the loft above it and the move would mean the boiler moves closer to the Gas pipe in.

Picture 3 is lifted from the internet, used as an example to show where/position I would like it to go.

Thanks for reading!

Looks fairly straightforward assuming a new flue set is available for the boiler, a frost stat might be a good idea in the loft if the boiler does not have an integral one and running condensate pipes for any distance externally can cause boiler shut outs due to freezing of the condensate.
Get a few quotes and see(y)

Cheers footprints, the boiler has now been moved :)
