Boiler Noise

I have a Halstead Quatro which is makes a lot of noise especially when it first fires up. The drumming noise appears to be from the flame going up and down and sounds like an army on the march. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the combustion cover is corroded or hasn't been replaced properly or possibly a corroded flue....has anyone touched it recently?

I had the fan assembly replaced prior to this occuring
