Hi

I have a condensing boiler (Potterton Suprima HE) with an indirect cylinder upstairs in the airing cupboard with grundfos pump and 3-port valve.

I have been running the system for just the hot water over the summer but thought I would test out the CH just now ready for a few weeks time (it previously has worked without flaw the last few years)

So, I flick the programmer (in kitchen next to boiler) on to constant and the room thermostat (Hall) up to 24 degrees just to try and get it to kick in, but nothing!! (the room temp was reading 19 degrees).

I turned the cylinder stat up abit and the boiler kicks in for the HW so that works as it has been all summer.

Im thinking a controller issue due to the 'off off on' light pattern on boiler? I do have BG cover, but Id like to know for myself first and what you guys think

Stuck or broken diverter valve (3 port or two port depending on your set up)......just call bg and have em come fix it.....you could do it yourself but why bother???

Push the lever across on the actuator by hand to make the microswitch to keep you warm in the meantime.
