Boiler not igniting

Hi there

My boiler seems to be sparking but not igniting, thus no hot water or heating.
Its fairly new, its a Baxo boiler.

Any help or advice greatly appreciated

I hope not, its just more than a year old. I am waitng for an engineer who did mumble something about a thermo coupling....does this make sense to anyone?

One and a bit year old boilers don't have thermocouples, whether Baxi, Baxo or Paxo.
But progress will only be with a corgi, (cargo...). One who mumbles in a more up to date manner.
Some have 2 year guarantees - do check.

got it sorted, wire brush and drinking straw to blow some of the dead flys ou.
