Hello,
Have looked though this site, but not found this problem.
Baxi combi boiler
Lifestyle LP241 control
No room stat
All approx 13 years old.
Occasionally when the timer reaches the off time (the LED goes out), the boiler keeps going and seems to ignore any thermostats therefore the water boils if not caught in time. Switching off the boiler isolator then switching on again seems to 'reset' the system back to normal. This happens more so with the hot water, but as the times are similar, the problem could be be due to the CH. However, the problem does seems to occur more often after the HW has been 'over ridden' before the timer was due to start.
