Hi

I changed a radiator earlier and now my boiler wont fire for hot water or heating. Its a Sime super 80. I bled the new radiator and the boiler has 1 bar of pressure. It worked for a few minutes and then made some gurgling noises at boiler and cut out. Now it doesnt even fire. Please can someone help?

Hmmm, does your boiler have an automatic air vent? I'd check thats not closed initially (knurled knob), then if open loosen to see if you get any air out. Also worth checking the pump, if its ran dry and the impeller is plastic theres a high possibility its melted!
