Boiler not working

Hi any help would be great
I have a ideal mexico super2 gas boiler
Boiler wont light. I do a manual start it fires up ok the pilot lit goes off but after 1 or 3 mins it turns off. But the pilot light is still on. I think the heating pump is working fine. When I release the gas control know the pilot light goes out. But some it won't fire up. Thanks

If you are having a problem with the pilot light going out when you release the knob then it should be a pretty straightforward and quick fix but you'll need a Gas Safe engineer in to sort it out for you.

You won't receive any specific gas related information on the forum I'm afraid, it's one of the site rules not to give out DIY gas advice.
