I live in a mid-terrace house, while I was in my daughters room ealier I could hear next door boiler going, i popped out for 10mins came back and noticed a flew pipe in an area that would suggest the the boiler is on the party wall. When i had a new boiler fitted i was told it was illegal to have a boiler on the party wall. My next door neighbour's house is a housing associations house so I'd of thought they would do everything right. So is it ok to have a boiler on a party wall?
