Daughters boiler packed up xmas day, we have decided to get her a new one, but which one. The one that packed up was a Halstead Best 40 boiler. As we will have to go the condensing route, is there a "good" make, also will it have to be a sealed system as at the moment her system is vented.
She lives alone with a 7 year old daughter, so need shouldn't be too high. We are going to supply the boiler and will get a local corgi ( or what ever they are called now) to fit it.
Anyone in the Basingstoke area fancy the job.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers

Steve

Most installers won't fit a boiler if you supply it.

If you must go out and buy it yourself - presumably because you think it will be cheaper - I suggest you identify someone first who is willing to work on your terms.

There are a number of current threads on boiler selection. Get a quality high flow combi. She will not look back.
