Yes, I found the following in the manual
The thermostat knob can be set to O (OFF}, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or Max. The graduations 1 to Max. correspond approximately to a temperature range of 55°C to 82°C
which are probably graduations of around 5°C.
Good to learn it does have over run.
