Boiler pressure 3 bar

My boiler dial is reading 3 bar so overflow pipe has water coming out of it.
Is there a fairly easy way to reduce the pressure back to 1.5
myself.

remove water from one of the rads.

there will be a reason for it being so high, if it wasnt you overfilling it i would advise a look at the FAQ's on water pressure.
