Boiler Pressure

Hi

My boiler pressure is 3 bar and when I put my heating on or use a hot water tap the water ****es out the relief pipe outside. I have tried lowered the pressure by bleeding a radiator which does lower the pressure but only until I then again use a hot water tap or turn my heating on....any ideas?

I have been told that I could take off the filling loop once I have bled a rad to see if that is the problem?????

Any advice given is very much appreciated!

What's the longest period you have had the pressure stay down since the problem started?
