Have replaced a radiator in the hallway today. Turned the boiler off and drained the system. Watched the pressure gauge on the boiler and it dropped. Replaced rad and refilled the system with the filler loop to 1bar, bleed all rads from top down but now after turning boiler back on i have a red light saying less than 0.5bar.

Any help please.

Top it up again and test. You may still have air in system. As long as nothing you did would cause a leak then you should be ok.
