Boiler taking longer to produce hot water

Hi my combi boiler used to produce hot water in about 10 seconds when it was new 15 years ago . It now takes nearly 20 seconds before the water is coming through hot , is this something that can be fixed or is it just because it's getting old ?

Could be scale, or a dodgy flow sensor

Our Ideal logic needed a new flow turbine when it did that, not sure if this will apply to your boiler

The mains water is coming in about 10c at the moment so you boiler is probably struggling to get the water what you consider to be hot.
