boiler trouble

I have a isar HE35 boiler that has started to bang when you turn on the hot tap when the CH is on. If the CH is of then its fine could anyone shed some light on this problem

come across it a few times but norm jus get ideal out for this fault as ive been told they change a few parts to stop the problem, i think its mainly down to the diverter and a manifold tho

Unlucky!

As from last Friday Ideal will not come out on a fixed price charge again.

Too busy with warranty repairs again

I tried to call in 2 today

Even Ideal give up on this one.......... they change the entire Hydraulic pack ie the entire plastic bits under the combustion chamber, pump, diverter etc etc , thats how they are assembled so they get the lot assembled and put it all in as one............ funny how it cures the problem but they learn nowt ....... good luck
