Hi,

I have what appears to be a 'BIASI' boiler.

Hot water is working fine.

Pressure is @ 1 BAR.

When I set the thermostat up to 25c (to get the boiler to work - not because I want to pretend to be on holiday) the boiler flame ignites and sounds normal, but then after 10secs~ the flame goes out. All radiators are cold.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Brian

1 more thing. It's been working fine but today turned the water off to sort out a leaky tap. Hasn't worked since.

Biasi is the make as in saying you had a car that was a ford, what model do you have ? they make quite a few

Appears we have one of the below...

M90.24S
M90.28S
M90.24SR

(I found the service manual but no mention of the model on the boiler itself)

Turn off the heating, and run a hot tap instead. Does it exhibit the same symptoms of lighting only briefly? If so it may be failing to detect the flame, and you'll need a registered gas fitter to rectify (no pun intended) the problem.
