Boiler Worcester GreenStar 27cdi erroring

Hi recentrly redecorated and just replaced radiators, bled the system and all seemed ok, there is plenty of pressure etc. After a while the boiler errored however with code EA, reset several times but keeps erroring. My guess is there is air trapped in the boiler ? Is this likely and if so how do I get rid of it ?

The condensate outlet had frozen and back filled, sent hot water down it and now appears to be working
