Boilermate 2

i have recently moved into a house with a boiler mate 2 system. Everthing works fine apart from I can't stop the overflow dripping. I think this occurs when water is being heated. Does anyone know what would cause this and also how to adjust the ballcock water level.

bend the arm down, but better to get whole new assembly, local diy shed will have them
