BoilerMate OV PP 180 - Not Enough Hot Water

Hi Guys, I have a BoilerMate OV PP 180 I only get one bath or a long shower of hot water, which I guess is 60-80L so should have plenty of hot water for another shower, any ideas why this is happening? thanks in advance
 
Could be flow switch gone. DHW pump gone. PCB problem. Heat exchanger furring up. ??
