Bolier not firing - pilot On, pump On and Timer working

Hi,

We have a servowarm elite 50 boiler which has been working just fine for many years. This morning the boiler wouldn't fire. The pilot is on and the pump comes on when the programmer tells it to but the boiler just won't fire.

There is no external thermostat with this system. Any ideas ?

You will need a gas engineer to look at this

As terrydoh has indicated the most likely fault is actually one of the things that is definitely not DIY. Also there are a number of items that need to be checked to identify the offending one. All the parts I cam think of are all for access by a Gas Safe Engineer only.
