Bolting wooden beams to breeze block wall

Hi
Can anyone recommend a fixing for attaching wooden beams for my decking frame to a breeze block wall? I was thinking some sort of wall anchor?

If its a single course wall, can you drill right through and put a large washer on the outside?

No the position the walls in I cant get access to the other side

I guess it depends on the weights involved but I'd look closely at resin anchor fixings for a solid job. Plenty of guidance on Youtube and readily available.
