Booster pump for hot water?

Can a booster pump be fitted to increase the flow at the hot taps on a bath?
Plenty pressure/flow at cold taps, open system, hot water tank in roof space approx 4M above bath.
This is an amendment to my previous query.

Thanks ChrisR, will let my friend know and get him to ask a local plumber to suggest a suitable pump.Hope this solves his problem.
