Bosch Clasixx Washing Machine - Wont Spin, Drum wont drain

Hi There, Can anyone help.

My bosch classix 1200 washing machine stopped through the washing cycle, had to empty wet clothes out of the drum.

Tried selecting spin and drain only with not results, just an electrical noise.

Drained the drum from the hose and unplugged filter to see if anything caught in there. Nothing in filter.

Any idea's ????

check the actual pump impeller and see it it is snagged. often find bits of hair band/elastics and rubbish stopping it moving, occasionally the impeller blade itself has become detached from the shaft.
