Bosch Classixx 1200 - Conditioner draw not working

The fabric conditioner is not emptying into the wash, no water seems to be being pumped into the conditioner drawer. Apart from this the machine is working fine.

I have tried cleaning the machine with Dr Beckmann's machine cleaner but still no joy!

Can anyone suggest a solution?

One of the best solutions for cleaning is Cillic Bang!
