Bosch classixx condenser dryer

hi all !!

I have a three year old tumble dryer (Bosch classixx). It seems to work ok for about 15mins . Then the empty water container light comes on !! The cycle still seems to run but by the end it , the clothes are still wet !! ( The water container is always emptied and the filters are always cleaned) Any ideas what to do ???
