Bosch condense dryer not drying properly and not much water going into water box. Googled it and it shoes opening a door on bottom left of dryer. Pulling front panel out...then pulling a handle taking a filter type thing out.
I always empty water after every drying session
Take filter from inside door and remove fluff
This demo when I open lower door, the grid behind is there, but no handle like th÷
the demo video. It seems secured.
How do I get it out to clean or what else needs to be done to sort this? Thanks in advance

Sorry that is not the model number. It will be on a label inside the door

I see from the demo that the filter is different. I followed instructions as per photo and rinsed sponge. There's a mention about a potential pump blockage. Where is that on a condense dryer. I always empty water tray after each drying cycle. There's on a drop on water in it.
