BOSCH dishwasher door problem

Hi,

I am having problems with my new dishwasher. Before trying to install it I noticed that the door won't stay open. It springs closed very quickly. I have tried adjusting the screws at hinge but this hasn't made any difference.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be wrong?

Is it a fully integrated machine?
If it is, does it have the decor door fitted?

It is integrated and the door isn't fitted yet. I realised after I posted that that was the problem. Thanks for replying.
