Help please, my Bosch dishwasher has packed up. It will not complete a cycle and drain away. The pump seems to be blocked. I have removed and cleaned all of the filters (clogged) and seen a short video saying the impeller may be blocked. The video showed a guy unscrewing a plastic cover in the well to reveal the yellow impeller. When i get to the same point, my well is smooth alround with no removeable access part to get to the impeller.
