Bosch dishwasher sms53a12gb 55 not heating up

Hi all, dishwasher that was standing unused for about 6 months, is not heating up the water and not drying dishes on all the programs I've tried.
Program ends with E:04.

I've seen a few tips ( mainly US results) about control board relay cold solder joints, that get fixed by reflow of fresh solder. But my control board ( the one behind the front control panel) hasn't got any relays, only flat chips etc.

Could you please suggest troubleshooting tips?

The main power board on your machine is bottom back right, the mains lead plugs straight into it. That model is more likely to have a faulty heat pump.
You would need a meter to test the element.

Hi there, just got back from long time away. Starting on dismantling the dishwasher. How do I get to the heat pump to measure it? What are the steps to measure it?
