I would appreciate any help or tips anyone can give...
My bosch dishwasher (model SGS65L22GB/07) will not switch on. When I press the on/off switch there is no indication of any power at all. The console remains unlit and the only sound appears to be a relay on the control board (if the control board is the PCB at the back of the R/H side panel???).
Things I have checked:
- Replaced fuse and then plug (plug had been burned in to back of dishwasher)
- Checked socket with other appliance
- Checked breaker
- Removed R/H side panel and checked for any damage to wiring at: inlet from mains, control board, general wiring looms traced from mains leads.
- Removed door panel and checked wiring loom over door hinge and in to on/off switch.
- Checked voltage to on/off switch (pins 2 & 4) - 236V AC
- Checked voltage on door lock connector (pins 1 & 3) - 156V AC
I have attempted to check the voltage at the control board but have not managed to find one. The only sign of any life that I have noticed is that when you switch the dishwasher on, it sounds like a relay clicks on the control board (is the control board what bosch refers to as the power module on its spares e-shop?). This also happens when I remove a 2 pin connector from the control board, although I cannot find a voltage across the connector, unless I am missing it?
Any help or other lines of enquiry to chase will be greatly appreciated... the wife is starting to get a tad annoyed with dishwasher parts all over the kitchen floor!
