We have a Bosch Exxcel DW, just over 2 years old. It will run but no longer reaches the end of a program. It will get to the 1 min left and just keeps running until we stop it. When we open the door it looks like it is doing a rinse, not drying as you'd expect. This is the same on standard and quick wash. Rinse seems to work ok. Reset seems to drain the machine ok, although it can take more than one try.

Looked all over for a model number and can only find: 9000095562/07/124/06:01 is this it?

Anyone any ideas?

Happy new year!

Thanks

Nick

Yes, the first time it happened I cleaned all the parts I could find in the bottom of the machine. It has been run 6/7 time since and the same fault every time.

Sounds like a heating problem. If the water doesn't heat the machine will tend to wash into infinity. Check the heater resistance first.

Not sure if your model has a removable baseplate or not. Look on the middle of the door lip (at the top) & post the model "E-number" that is laser engraved there. If there is no removable baseplate remove the side-plates & check the heater element resistance, it should be around 25 ohms. No-heat issues can have several causes but start with the element first.
