bosch dishwasher not drying

hi all I have a bosch dishwasher sgs5312gb which is not reaching drying cycle, it washes and rinses for ever not stopping untill you reset it or open door. Checked over basically nothing stands out. machine number is outside bosch recall on water heater problem.

check out the module on the right hand side/top of the door.
possible that one of the relay pins solder has burnt off.resolder it if theres enough of the pin left.
if this fails, it would seem to look like the heater box gone down.....
