Bosch Fridge Freezer - Back of Fridge ice forming

Hi,

We have had our Bosch fridge freezer for 5 years and its been working great but the last few weeks we have noticed ice on the back of the fridge, sometimes it does go but its mainly in the middle of it. We have defrosted it but its come back again.

Fridge is on 6 and freezer -18

Any advice what could be causing this?

How did you "defrost" it?

Is the freezer frost free?

fridge should be set on 4, drain hole is probably blocked.

We did not defrost it as such just turn the fridge off (put all food is spare fridge/freezer) let it defrost itself, gave it a clean and then turned it back on.

Manual says 6 for fridge 18 freezer, will 4 make it any better?

Will check the drain hole too thanks

No, just fridges are normally set at 4.
