BOSCH Logixx 1200 Washing Machine

My washing machine has appeared with Bereit on the display and the spin symbol underneath it.

Now my machine has been working great until recently.

Trying to change programs or pressing any of the buttons (especially in combination) does not make any difference.

I have checked the pipes and filters, all seems to be OK. when switching the machine on, it makes a murmuring noise and nothing happens, drum does not spin or anything.

I know that BEREIT means READY in German, however I cannot get the machine to begin ANY washing Cycle.

I need to GET this fixed before the WIFE returns from holiday (Know What I Mean.....? )
