Bosch Logixx 7 Washing full of black rubbery or oily bits

My wife has just emptied her Bosch Logixx 7 washing machine and the washing is covered in what appear to be black oily rubbery bits. There's some of what looks the same which appears to be burnt on an area of the edge of the spinning drum nearest the door, over about 20 or 30 degrees of the drum edge.

No faults are showing.

Any thoughts?

One or more of the drum supports has broken allowing the front of the drum to rub the seal. Probably a write off.

Cheers, thanks. Yes knocking noises on a test wash support that view. It's probably quite old now so time for another I thjnk
