BOSCH LOGIXX DISHWASHER

I have a bosch logixx dishwasher and i have noticed that some of the
plates on the bottom rack aren't always clean. I have just noticed that
the bottom arm is getting stuck on a plastic piece at the back of the dishwasher. i think this plastic carries the water from top to bottom. i can't seem to get this unstuck atall.....any suggestions please
