Bosch Maxx WFL2000 Washer - Not draining (edited)

Hi there
I have a Bosch wfl2000 washing machine.
It has stopped draining but the pump still works.
I have removed the pump filter and noticed that each time its trying to drain the impeller is spinning loose of its axel.
Any ideas anyone on how to fix or is this just a new pump unit job?

You wont believe this. Its bust again!
Thanks for the advice last ime btw.

2 years ago replaced the pump. worked fine.

This time its not draining again. But pump sounds like its working. With the filter cap off i can see the impeller blade spinning.
Cleaned main pump outlet line but not the the one that attaches to bottom of the drum. Nothing much in there. And only fluff ball in the filter.

Is this just a knackered pump unit again?
